TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract #1: 11.9+/- Acres made up of gently rolling hills. A 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home and several barns make up the remainder of the tract’s features.

Tract #2: Swing Tract: 11.5+/- Acres of tillable acres that includes some CRP Acreage. This tract can only be purchased in combination with Tracts 1, 3, or 4.
